Welcome to Trash Can Wheel Rims. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Final

All of our products are custom made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect color or finish selection
• Ordering the wrong size
• Buyer remorse
• Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to the 3D printing process
• Normal wear and tear from outdoor use

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

All claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. If approved, we may offer:
• Replacement parts
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• Partial or full refund at our discretion

We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or caused by misuse.

Outdoor Use & Trash Collection Disclaimer

Our products are designed for decorative and novelty use on residential trash cans. Because trash cans are regularly handled by sanitation workers, garbage trucks, and automated lifting equipment, scratches, cracking, breakage, or other damage may occur during normal use.

By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowledge that Trash Can Wheel Rims is not responsible for damage caused by:
• Garbage collection services
• Trash truck machinery or lifting arms
• Dragging, dropping, or impact during collection
• Outdoor exposure, weather, sunlight, or temperature changes
• Improper installation or misuse

Damage caused during normal trash collection or outdoor use is not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Fitment Disclaimer

Our wheel rims are designed to fit standard residential trash cans unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before ordering.

Custom sized or personalized orders are non refundable.

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for:
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier claim process when possible.
